Subscription and Payments
LossHQ offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.

You agree not to misuse LossHQ. This includes attempting to reverse engineer the service, scraping data, using the service for any illegal purpose, or sharing account credentials.
Data Accuracy
LossHQ provides tools to organize and track information. We are not responsible for the accuracy of claim data, insurance decisions, or vendor outcomes. Always verify information with your insurance company.

LossHQ and its content are owned by LossHQ and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy or redistribute our service without permission.
Limitation of Liability
LossHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
